Stanome Apps
Stanome applications (Apps.) are standalone software tools developed by Stanome to serve the diverse downstream genomics analysis needs. Apps functionality ranges widely - from job result comparison to sequence depth analysis to annotations and clinical interpretations. Apps seamlessly communicate between different platform objects (example: Data Store, Jobs). Stanome Apps work similar to the pipelines but are simple to execute, need fewer inputs, run faster, and produce results quickly.

Execution of Stanome Apps
Click 
(Fig. 2) from any App to open the execution dialog box. Execution requirements vary for each App but generally, three objects are expected - inputs, parameters, and outputs. Select the right objects from the drop-downs and click the Submit button.

Jobs in Stanome Apps
App execution results are displayed similar to the jobs list window in a project and can be accessed by clicking the 
icon (Fig 3).
